Senior Manager to Associate Director, Customer Engagement

About the Role

Humigent is an AI-native analytics company helping pharma and life sciences organizations unlock the value of their commercial and medical data. As a Senior Manager to Associate Director of Customer Engagement, you will serve as a relationship owner for enterprise clients, driving onboarding, adoption, and account growth. You will partner closely with Partners, product, data science, and delivery teams to translate client needs into measurable outcomes and build lasting client advocacy.

What You’ll Own

  • Client Relationship Management — Own day-to-day relationships for assigned pharma/biotech enterprise accounts; serve as the primary point of contact for director- and VP-level client stakeholders.
  • Onboarding & Adoption — Drive structured onboarding of new clients onto Humigent’s AI platforms, ensuring time-to-value within agreed SLAs and maintaining momentum through the first 90 days.
  • Retention & Health Monitoring — Build and maintain account health scorecards; identify early warning signals and proactively address churn risks.
  • Expansion Support — Collaborate with Partners and delivery leads to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities; contribute to account plans and quarterly business reviews.
  • Voice of Customer — Synthesize client feedback into actionable product insights; represent the client voice in internal product and roadmap discussions.
  • Strategic Advisory — Advise clients on AI and data strategy for commercial operations, helping them connect Humigent capabilities to their business priorities.
  • Metrics & Reporting — Track engagement health metrics and at-risk accounts; provide regular reporting to Partners and executive leadership.

What You Bring

  • 8–12 years in customer engagement, account management, consulting, or delivery leadership in pharma tech, life sciences, or health data
  • Demonstrated experience managing enterprise relationships with pharma commercial, medical affairs, or market access stakeholders
  • Ability to speak credibly about AI, analytics, and data platforms without being a deep technical expert
  • Strong structured problem-solving and executive-ready written and verbal communication
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously
  • Experience with onboarding, adoption, and retention programs for SaaS or analytics products

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with pharma commercial operations: field force, MSL deployment, market access, launch planning
  • Prior experience with AI/ML platforms, agentic AI products, or commercial data analytics tools
  • Experience with pharma data ecosystems: claims/Rx, CRM (Veeva/Salesforce), affiliation networks, omnichannel engagement data
  • MBA or advanced degree in life sciences, business, or health informatics
  • Existing network in US pharma commercial or medical affairs
  • Comfort structuring and running proof-of-concept or pilot engagements
